| | FAMILIES THAT WISH TO HOST OR ADOPT RUSSIAN CHILDREN: All families must register to host or adopt children from Russia. To register, the long form application must be completed and sent to the Russian Orphan Lighthouse Project administrators. See the instructions below for details. | | REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR HOSTING OR ADOPTING CHILDREN: - Download and fill out the application form located to the right.
- E-mail the completed form to info@lhproject.com.
- The administrators will review your application for completeness. If they have any questions, they may contact you directly; therefore, please ensure the contact information is accurate.
- The administrators will contact you to provide information related to either hosting or adopting children from Russia.
